This lovely Mercedes-Benz E320 CDI Elegance Estate has been our own short term family car whilst finding the right vehicle to replace our previous Mercedes ML.

It has been fantastic in the small amount of time we have had it, taking us on a UK getaway and doing normal family duties.

Finished in rare Tanzanite Blue Metallic with contrasting upgraded Nappa Leather the interior is a lovely place to be and surprisingly spacious. We found there to be far more room in the back for example for car seats that in our Mercedes ML which is arguably a much bigger vehicle.

This car has below average owners (5) and mileage (128,000 mi) for it's age and has been well looked after in general, for the past 3 years it has been back at the Main Dealer for servicing each year and as of writing this I am just awaiting confirmation from Sytner Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle as to exactly what was done in February 2024 so I know which service to have done prior to sale.

Specification wise the Elegance sits just above the Classic model but below the Sport and then Avantgarde, this one however has had several option boxes ticked which was a reason I was drawn to it.

The standard option cloth seats have been upgraded to Gray Nappa Leather that are both Heated, electrically adjustable and have 3 position memory settings. This also coincides with an electric steering column and the easy entry setting which moves the steering wheel out of the way when you turn the car off and back into position when you get in.

Halogen headlights are upgraded to Bi-Xenon's that are both far brighter with better vision and I have found far more reliable than standard bulbs too.

It has the very rare sunroof option that is in perfect working order.

It also has the upgraded COMAND APS system, whilst not as up to date as some systems these days works flawlessly with both the radio and sat nav in perfect working order. Unlike a lot of older cars, this one looks to have never been tampered with either.

Finally it has the 6th & 7th seat option that fold up from the normally flat boot floor, not ideal for everyday but a decent option for shorter trips.

Unfortunately the previous owner had lost some of the Service History and due to this being a pre 2008 car Mercedes-Benz cannot find on their system unless you happen to know exactly what dealership it was serviced at. It does have good service records at both independents & main dealer ranging back to 2014 however which are as follows:

02/2024 - Full service at Sytner Mercedes-Benz, Carlisle - Just awaiting the paperwork to be sent through.

This vehicle will also have a 'B' Service and 7G Gearbox service before sale as they are now due.

HPI clear, MOT history can be found currently on registration 593 HXL until it is back on it's original plate 'LD57 AHV'.
